Timothy P. Agnew, Principal
Timothy P. Agnew monitors and supports Masthead's portfolio companies and
identifies and evaluates investment opportunities. He is also responsible
for Masthead's legal affairs and Small Business Investment Company
regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Masthead, Mr. Agnew was the Chief Executive Officer of the Finance Authority of Maine from 1988 to 1999. He serves on the Boards of the Maine Technology Institute, CEI Community Ventures, Inc. and the Senator George J. Mitchell Scholarship Research Institute, the Board of Corporators of Gorham Savings Bank and the Advisory Board of Acorn Products.
Mr. Agnew is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Vassar College, as well as the Venture Capital Institute.
